Good morning you guys! So I’m still over here beaming from the beautiful DIY table number we showed you on Tuesday, but I’m also so excited to show you a different (and possibly even more simple), version of one today. These are just as beautiful, but give a more polished looking end result. We hope you love it as much as we do! Let’s get started…
*2 nice glass frames (per Number)
*A sheet of card stock and a pen (not pictured)
First, Take the back off of one frame so there is only glass left in it. Then use the other frame just for an extra glass piece. Paint your table number in Modge Podge on the extra piece of glass.
Next cover the glue in your pressed wild flowers to make the number’s shape.
You want the frame with the glass to be the cover and protector of the artwork you’ve just created, so set the flowers in the frame facing the front piece of glass. (see 7 and 8)
Take the frame back and trace it on the card stock to make a perfect size background for your number. We used a natural toned card stock to go with the theme. Cut the piece and lay over the glass.
Lastly, put the back on the frame, and enjoy!
These turned out even prettier than they were in my head! As for the glass in the inspiration photos below, I Modge Podged the extra blooms to the inside of a wine glass and adorned it with a candle…
And there you are! A beautiful addition to your wedding tables for your guests to enjoy! Stay tuned tomorrow for our final DIY…and be sure to let us know if you try this tutorial and your thoughts on it!
