Warm Holiday Drink To Be Thankful For

Hey Pearlies!  With the holidays upon us and the cold weather knocking at our door, many of you will be entertaining while still trying to be in full wedding planning mode.  This sometimes gets a little challenging.  Well, I have a super easy and yummy drink recipe that your guest will be sure to be thankful for this thanksgiving! You can make this in your crock-pot or just warm it stove top like I do.  The great thing about this is you can make this non-alcoholic or you can spice it up a little splash of holiday cheer!

What you will need for this homemade Pumpkin Spiced Latte:

  1. 1/2 cup Pumpkin Puree
  2. 1/2 cup Sugar
  3. 1/2 cup Vanilla Extract
  4. 4 cups of Strongly Brewed Coffee
  5. 6 cups of Milk
  6. 3 Cinnamon Sticks
  7. 3 cups Rum -Chata or your favorite Spirits
  8. Cinnamon and/or Pumpkin Spice (Sprinkle to taste)

IMG_4985  Super easy – Combine all of the ingredients in your crock-pot or stove top pot, carefully adding the pumpkin puree so you do not create lumps.  If you are using the Rum -Chata, I would use half the amount of milk since the rum already has a creamy texture.  Mix all the ingredients together well.  Add the Cinnamon Sticks and let simmer or leave in crock-pot for a couple of hours.  Your house will smell divine!IMG_4989Bam… done and you have some happy house guests!  I told you, super easy!  PPB is  all about making the stress of planning a wedding just a little bit easier for our brides.  We hope this helped.

We hope you enjoyed this yummy tutorial.  Let us know about your favorite holiday drink recipes.  IMG_4997
